Vancouver Fashion Week

Vancouver Fashion Week fosters emerging and established designers with a focus on multiculturalism. It’s now North America's second-largest fashion week and the fastest-growing globally. Founder Jamal Abdourahman emphasizes inclusivity and diversity.

I spent six months in Canada working as a designer and media coordinator, scouting global designers and managing social media content.

Vancouver Fashion Week launched the Global Fashion Collective to promote emerging designers at events in New York, London, and Paris. In 2019, I helped organize our first Paris show, handling event coordination, guest lists, model casting, and volunteers. I continue to assist annually, preparing models and connecting with industry professionals.
